This year sees the launch of our Enrich / Empower / Evolve (E.E.E.) project which identifies specialist research based skills that our wonderful team of staff have developed in the last year; effectively becoming our Rebecca Cheetham Experts.

This new initiative aims to offer our children an even more broad and balanced curriculum through the continuous provision on offer at Rebecca Cheetham. Our staff have taken on areas of learning such as: Messy Play, Developing Language Through Interactions, Woodwork, Forest School, Science, Stress Management, Maths Mastery, SEND Life Skills and Mindfulness amongst other areas.

Our team will offer children opportunities to access the expert area in the continuous provision and staff will be able to connect with that RC Expert to extend their own professional development. The next stage is to build that partnership with parents by offering workshops and parent learning in particular expert areas. Our staff will also work with other early years setting to assist in training and development in key interest areas.
