Attendance
We would like to remind you that the school day begins at 8.45am for the morning session, 12.45pm for the afternoon session and extended day children can come in from 8am.
By bringing your child in late, they are missing out on valuable educational time. Likewise, regular attendance is extremely important to ensure that they achieve their maximum potential whilst at nursery.
If your child is unwell, please notify the nursery on their first day of absence and complete the absence form on their return.
If you are planning a holiday, please make sure that a nursery holiday form is completed before their departure. We ask you to think carefully about organising holidays that occur during term time, as time away from nursery can be detrimental to your child’s development. Should you be taking a long unauthorised holiday, we are unable to guarantee that their place remains open for them.
Please also be aware that the school day ends at 11.45am for the morning session, 3.45pm for the afternoon session and 5.50pm for extended day children. Children need to be collected on time to avoid a late collection fee being enforced. The fee is currently set at £25.00 per 15 minutes.
